托福写作结虎头蛇尾？结尾这样写，能拯救整篇文章！

　　“虎头蛇尾”这个成语相信同学们都不陌生，直白一点的意思就是指文章有个出色的开头，却只有个平淡的结尾，让人遗憾。

 

　　作文的开头和结尾段是老师在阅卷时一定不会略过的内容，通过这两个段落可以清楚文章的结构以及学生的语言功底。

 

　　所以一个好的结尾段是高分作文必不可少的条件之一，甚至能成为一篇作文的强心剂，起到不可思议的效果。

 

　　那如何写出“虎头豹尾”的结尾段呢？

 

　　首先，我们要弄清楚托福独立写作结尾段的功能作用。

 

　　一个好的结尾段应该满足下列几个功能：

　　1. 重申文章观点；

　　2. 总结主体段落的论点；

　　3. 升华主题。

 

　　这三个功能在文中如何体现呢？请看下列的例子：

 

　　【题目】Should the money invested into a university library be used to buy books or to buy  computers? What do you think? Why?

 

　　【观点】I believe that to invest on computers would be a   better choice.

 

　　【结尾段】In conclusion, given that computers have more valuable merits as an efficient, durable, manageable means for libraries of the new century, I therefore reinforce my standpoint to choose computers as my final choice for the   investment.

 

　　”在这个结尾段，整段就一句话，但实际上它既重申了观点：I therefore reinforce my standpoint to choose computers as my final choice for the investment……

 

　　又总结了主体段落的三个论点理由：computers have more valuable merits as an efficient, durable, manageable means for libraries of the new century.

 

　　这样的结尾段就是符合托福写作基本要求的，全文没有其他大问题的话拿24分都没有问题。那除了这样的结尾方式，我们还有没有其他的写作方法呢？

 

　　请看下列第二个例子：

 

　　【题目】：Should the money invested into a university library be used to buy books or to buy computers?   What do you think? Why?

 

　　【结尾段】：Admittedly, books do have certain advantages over computers. They are easy to carry than computers. However, computers have more valuable merits as an efficient, durable, manageable means for libraries of the new century.I therefore reinforce my standpoint to choose computers as my final choice for the   investment.

 

　　”在上面这个结尾段中，靠前、二句话先承认了书还是有一定好处的，比如容易携带。

 

　　接着立刻转折，强调电脑的好处大于书，所以作者选择电脑是理所应当的。

 

　　这样的写作方法把比较双方都提到了，体现了逻辑的完整性。

 

　　同时，由于电脑优点比书多，所以选电脑这个观点肯定是毋庸置疑的，这样写使得论证更加有力。

 

　　这种方法叫做让步法，要点是在结尾段中对反面立场进行一定的肯定，然后再更有力反驳。

 

 

　　刚才讲到的两种结尾方法都只完成了独立写作结尾的两个基本功能：重复观点+总结论点。

 

　　但仅有这两点就要想冲击25分以上的高分还是比较困难的。

 

　　还需要结尾一点来升华主题。升华主题具体应该怎么做呢？还需要这两种方法：

　　1. 强调反对派立场带来的后果；

　　2. 强调观点的重要性，或者展望未来。

 

　　满足了重申文章观点、总结主体段落的论点、升华主题三个要求，独立写作结尾段就能轻松搞定！

 

　　结尾段这样写，可以拯救一篇松散的文章，帮助从零乱的思维中抽出那乍现的灵光。结尾再为大家补充一些常见句式，帮助大家轻松搞定结尾段。

 

　　1. In summary……

　　2. In conclusion……

　　3. To conclude……

　　4. In a nutshell……

　　5. Taking all the factors into account /  consideration……

　　6. All the evidence discussed in the above   supports / confirms points to my conclusion that……

　　7. From what has been discussed above  / Judging from all   the evidence offered, we may safely draw a conclusion that……
